Policies Unleashed - Shipping, Returns and Privacy
Hey girl! As one of my official besties, I want you to know that your satisfaction is like SUPER important to me. Here are my general company policies.

|USPS Priority (Recommended for APO)||$6.50 (or $4 on orders of $30+)|
|International Economy (lowest shipping rate option for your country)||$20 (or just $12 if order weighs less than 1 pound)|
Shipping Delivery Times:
I know how exciting it is to finally decide on that perfect pair of leggings (or boots). I'm excited for you! So excited - in fact, that I always package up your order the very same day you submit it! So depending on the time of day you place your order, it will be picked up for delivery the same-day or next-day (excluding Sundays and Holidays of course, because even the postmen need a day off)!
The only exceptions are on the custom items or items noted made-to-order in the product description. These require processing time as well - please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. And if you are in rush, for heaven's sake just talk to me girl - I always do my best to accommodate!
Returns & Exchanges:
I know how much of a hassle online shopping CAN be - so I've really gone out of my way to make this as easy as possible for you! In each order I ship out, I include an extra mailing bag with a little pouch to stick your return mailing label right in.
So when you are ready for your pre-paid mailing label (if you, unfortunately, need to return or exchange some of your goods):
From there, just enter in your order number and e-mail and BAM, your return mailing label and further instructions will be e-mailed right to you.
And don't feel stupid if you need further help - that's what I'm here for girl. I got you!
Please note - I currently do NOT accept returns/exchanges for international orders. Also custom/made-to-order items are not eligible for returns/exchanges (unless they are damaged/defective upon receipt).
Am I charged anything for returns or exchanges?
So - if an item is damaged/defective upon arrival, you will get every penny (including your original shipping cost) back! It's only fair!
If you are returning or exchanging an item for another reason, you are responsible for the original shipping cost (if you paid any to begin with) AND for the return shipment (it is a pre-paid label though, so the cost of it - which should generally only be around $5 -would just be deducted from your refund). However, I will WAIVE the return shipment cost if you opt for store credit instead (or if you do an exchange).

When will I get my refund or replacement product/s?
As soon as I receive your returned item/s, I will process your refund, store credit or exchange.
If you are receiving a store credit, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with a coupon code that you can use on a future purchase.
If you are doing an exchange, your new item will be shipped out upon receipt of your old item (the same or next business day).
If you are doing a refund, your money will be returned to you in the manner it was given. So if you spent cash, expect a refund check in the mail. If you paid with a card, expect a refund directly to that same card. Please allow up to seven days for processing - though I will begin the process the same day that I receive your returned goods.
I completely respect your privacy and will never give any of your information to any person or company that isn't involved in the course of my business. For example, you may have information stored on my website which is hosted by Shopify. I use your e-mail address for customer improvement/marketing purposes only and please feel free to e-mail back to me at any time requesting removal from my general list (in which case I would only send you e-mails relating to your orders placed).
